What These Terms Cover

1. Introduction

3. Account Registration & Verification

To access betx7 services, you must complete the registration process and pass our KYC (Know Your Customer) verification. We may request supporting documentation at our sole discretion, including but not limited to:

• Proof of address such as a recent utility bill or bank statement not older than three months

5. Bonuses & Promotions

betx7 periodically offers bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional rewards to both new and existing players. All promotional offers are subject to the following general conditions:

• Each promotion has its own specific wagering requirement and rollover multiplier, which will be clearly stated in the promotion's individual terms. Unless otherwise specified, the standard rollover is 20x the bonus amount before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash without meeting the applicable rollover conditions. betx7 may revoke any bonus found to have been obtained through fraudulent means.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, and per payment method. Using multiple accounts or identities to claim the same bonus multiple times constitutes bonus abuse.

• Underage gambling — Any person under the age of 21 found to have opened an account will have their account permanently closed and all funds held pending investigation.
• Chargebacks and false disputes — Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting betx7 support is considered fraudulent and may result in immediate account termination and legal proceedings.
